By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Quest Strategic AI provides AI automation consulting, system design, build, and management services. Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and responsibilities for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement signed by both parties.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in materials, methodologies, frameworks, and tools developed by Quest Strategic AI remain our property. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use deliverables for their internal business purposes. Any pre-existing intellectual property belonging to the client remains the client's property.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Payment terms are as specified in your Service Agreement. Overdue invoices may accrue interest at a rate permitted by applicable law. Quest Strategic AI reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quest Strategic AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided "as is." We make no warranty that our services will meet your specific requirements or that results will be guaranteed. We will, however, use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the agreed outcomes and work with you until measurable results are achieved.

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable Service Agreement. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the applicable jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
